Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your HMDD order. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work, so you know what to expect before you buy.

Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Which Items Can Be Returned

To be eligible, an item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • In its original condition, with all tags and original packaging attached
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair or damage caused after delivery

Items that show signs of wear, washing or alteration cannot be accepted.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked Final Sale on the product page
  • Gift cards, if we offer them

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sale@hmddus.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  3. Wait for our reply. We will confirm your return and send instructions and the return address.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back as instructed.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, because returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind, wrong size or style: the customer pays the return shipping cost.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item sent by us: we cover the return shipping, and we will arrange the best way to get it back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, since we cannot guarantee we will receive an item that is lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the result.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Timing: refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the credit.
  • What is refunded: the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your return does not meet the conditions of this policy, we will let you know and explain why.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, email us at sale@hmddus.com with your order number. Exchanges depend on stock. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer you a refund instead.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

We will review it quickly and offer a replacement or a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the time stated above:

  1. Check your bank account and card statement again.
  2. Contact your card provider, since processing can take some time.
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If you still have not received it, email us at sale@hmddus.com.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will show when the latest changes were made. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
